Key Factory/Employee Information
- Cosmos employs project leaders who communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
- We will provide a project plan to our customers within three days after the kick-off of the project. We will also provide weekly status reports to our customer (including pictures).
- Our in-house managers have over 15 years of mold-making experience gained from highly recognized mold shops.
- Our factory opened on March 1, 2008. At that time, we had approximately 30 employees and we currently have 72 employees (July 1, 2008). Future goals include growth to approximately 180 employees.
- Facility is 60,000 sq. ft. (including dormitory).
- Cosmos implemented ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 working procedures the day we opened, and will obtain ISO certification by end of 2008 and TS-16949 certification within one year.
- Cosmos will apply RJG molding processes and other scientific molding procedures for mold sampling. Universal set-up sheets will be provided to our customer after every mold trial. Specific procedures can be followed upon customer request.
- Cosmos will use CMM machines to measure and control the steel dimensions during the mold-making process, and use VMS machines to measure and control the plastic part dimensions during the molding process.
- Cosmos will provide professional recommendations to our customers based on our extensive background in the product design, mold design, mold-making and molding industries. We can provide mold-flow analysis to help optimize the product and the process. Cosmos will use both Pro-E and UG software for Product design and Mold design.
- Current OEM customer list: Pollak, Johnson Controls, Lexmark, Live TV, Smith and Nielson, Briggs & Stratton.
