| Medical:
The Medical Industry is a target market for Extreme Tool
and Engineering, and many investments have been made in
equipment and processes specific to this industry. Extreme
Tool helps medical customers complete product development/pre
production tools in the shortest possible lead-times (4
weeks) yielding production quality product. Many successful
class 101 high volume production programs have also been
completed in the industries fastest and most reliable
lead-times. In house Class 100,000 molding facility and
fully equipped modern quality department allow us to successfully
complete every aspect of the most demanding programs~In
House. Many of the high volume molds we produce and debug
are Hot Runner applications, with systems supplied by
Husky and MoldMasters most often used. |

| Electronics:
Extreme Tool and Engineering has had numerous successes
within the electronics industry and provides reliable,
reasonably priced solutions for both pre-production and
production tooling. Cell Phones and Ink Jet Printer Components
are industries of particular focus. Solutions offered
can include "just building molds" or turn key
solutions including product design, complete inspections
and capability study, secondary operations and tooling,
inspection fixtures, automation tooling and debug (EOA).
Many of the high volume molds we produce and debug are
Hot Runner applications, with systems supplied by Husky
and MoldMasters most often used. |

| Automotive:
Being from Michigan, it's hard not to build molds for
this Industry! Extreme Tool and Engineering realized early
on that our automotive niche would be in tackling the
most complicated applications in the industries fastest
lead-times. We are often called upon to tackle our customer's
most demanding applications, and welcome the challenge.
Our largest molds are typically automotive applications,
with 10,500 lbs. being the largest mold constructed to
date. Many of the high volume molds we produce and debug
are Hot Runner applications, with systems supplied by
Husky and MoldMasters most often used. |

| Consumer
Goods: Though we don't produce as many consumer goods
molds as we do for other industries, some of our largest
successes have been here. Of particular interest have
been several programs where our customers saved $$$ by
skipping prototyping, building instead high quality pre
production P20 Molds that yielded production quality product.
Building these molds allowed our customer to satisfy initial
production requirements immediately, while we then began
design and build of multi cavity high volume hot runner
molds while the initial pre-production molds ran. Doing
both phases of program with one supplier allowed our clients
to make sure that everything learned at pre-production
phase was implemented in production, and made sure that
a seamless manufacturing process took place. |

| Insert
Molding: Insert Molding is an area of particular emphasis
at Extreme Tool and Engineering, and may programs have
been completed successfully in fastest possible lead-times.
Pre-production and production molds(Multi Position Rotary
and Shuttle) are always being produced, and many advanced
techniques are designed in and implemented including in
mold stamping and de tiebarring, etc. Many molds have
been completed utilizing hydraulic and mechanical cam
actions, blowback inserts and retracting cores, etc, as
well. We have a solid understanding of the challenges
of insert molding, and have helped design products as
req'd to avoid problems, and also provide solutions for
resolving issues that often occur when insert molding
in high volume production environments (running without
inserts, etc.). |
