Our fastest growing business segment: Many of our best Clients for packaging/consumer goods applications have had great success completing both pilot production and high volume tooling at Extreme for one stop convenience and efficiency. Pilot production and test quantities of product are often produced at Extreme before we begin construction of high-cavitation tooling (up to 128 fully interchangeable cavities). When building high-cavitation tooling, we pay special attention to the rigors and demands of cooling, and use performance alloys, conformal cooling, and most advanced hot runner systems available for the same. Our clients understand how valuable a second of cycle time is in these applications, and molds are designed and built to meet or exceed or client's expectations. Hot runner systems from Husky, Moldmasters, Ewikon, and others are integrated routinely including Hot Edge as well as servo driven and sequential solutions. Stack Molds including full trial, debug, and process development have also been successfully completed.

Automotive Applications Near
We have extensive experience and routinely tackle the industry's most complicated applications and provide the fastest lead times. Our largest molds are typically for automotive applications, up to 500 ton presses, or approximately 10,500 pound molds. Many of the molds have Hot Runner Systems integrated, as well.
