We have a clean room molding area at our validation center (4 presses within), and we can test and debug all medical molds in here as required. We can also produce the initial prototypes and/or pilot or bridge production in this same monitored clean room environment. IQ/OQ/PQ can all be accommodated at our facility.

Automotive Applications Near
We have extensive experience and routinely tackle the industry's most complicated applications and provide the fastest lead times. Our largest molds are typically for automotive applications, up to 500 ton presses, or approximately 10,500 pound molds. Many of the molds have Hot Runner Systems integrated, as well.

Extreme has extensive experience in the electronics market and many demanding applications including ink jet and laser printers, scanners, marine navigation, personal communication, GPS, and electrical connectors. We provide fully validated speed solutions built to the highest possible quality requirements. Extreme has designed and built hundreds of molds for the electronics industry since the day we opened our company in 1998. We have significant experience in complex cell phone applications as well, with the industry's fastest lead times. In many cases, we have provided turnkey solutions that have been fully validated and include EOAT, inspection fixtures, inspection equipment programs and a robust molding process development.

Validated and Debugged tools Near
Extreme supplies fully validated and debugged tools and systems. We accept responsibility for all tool tweaking to meet customer requirements when requested. We'll mold the initial samples, pilot production, and complete FAIRs, CPK runs and PPAPs in our facility, using your format or our's. We'll also build the end-of-arm tooling and inspection fixtures required and complete a rigorous mold tryout and process development.
