Our company has grown rapidly, and our personnel are the biggest reason we have been successful. We employ 43 people at present, and our staff is highly skilled and professional. We believe our culture and teamwork is one of the largest single factors separating us from our competitors and finding people who support our culture is paramount to our success.

Extreme Tool is proud of our on time deliver rating (95% 4/1/05), and having people who support this allows us to continue to improve this #. Our people are both young and old, experienced and in the process of being trained, but all support our vision independent of their experience level. Though proud of the work we complete on a daily basis, we are also proud to be hard working, simple, "up north" people. We choose collectively to let our performance speak for us, and find that our business continues to grow through word of mouth, as a result of our successes.

Many of our moldmaking personnel have also worked for Custom Molders, and understand the challenges they face on a daily basis. Because of this background, we incorporate features, functions, and information along with the molds we ship that allow our molders to ramp up quickly and remain productive throughout the life of the program.

Our client list is full of high quality clients, many of which now consider us their preferred vendor for Injection Molds. Medical, Electronics, Automotive, and Consumer Good Customers all find their way to our facility, and upon completion of a program, wish to become a customer for life.
